Official not a good month.

Well it is officially not a good month for me. My little russian dwarf hamster died today. He was 2 years old so he lived the normal life span. It is just so weird how this morning he was running on his wheel and saying hi to me and tonight he passed away. I will miss him very much. RIP Little Nicki.

RIP Grandma

Grandma passed away Tuesday night at 8:00. She will be terribly missed. It was so hard seeing her the past few months just deteriorating but we are glad that we got the time to say goodbye. We love you grandma.

Dear Grandma.

Here is a picture of my husband's grandmother who is really ill. I got the phone call tonight that she asking for all of us to come up because god has told her that tonight is her last night on Earth. This picture was taken at the end of August about 3 weeks after we found out she had cancer and only a few months to live. We love you grandma.

Finally a post

Finally a post. Thought I would post a photo of a card I did last year. This is for the end of summer. I can't believe it is almost October. The years are going so fast. This summer we were super busy. Hope you enjoy the card. I love the house mouse series.

Chi Chi & Chynnie Lo

Here is a picture of the two (Chi Chi & Chynnie Lo) of them together. These two love each other. I put them together almost every evening. As soon as they get together they kiss and hug. They have good days and bad days. Chi Chi has been so happy. He's not sure what to make of Boo yet. Even though I don't see them being together anytime in the future. Boo gets pretty spooked. I guess that is a good name for him then.

I hope you enjoy my Chinchilla photos. I think my family thinks I am nuts because I show photos of them all the time. But they need to understand that these are my only children.

Meet Boo

Just wanted to post a picture of our new Chinchilla "Boo". He is 11 yrs old. We have had him for a week and two days now. He wasn't very friendly when we got him but he has opened up. I have been working with him to get him use to us. He loves treats. He's a cutie. He is definetly bigger then Chi Chi. He's a little bigger then Chynnie Lo.

Long time no post.

Hi.

It's been a while since I last posted. Just alot going on. But I am sure that is the same for everyone. Well I wanted to continue with my chinchilla saga. LOL!!! You are all going to think I am nuts but we are getting a third chinchilla. I KNOW WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!!! The place where I got Chynnie Lo had a lady come in and ask them if they wanted an 11 year old chinny. They of course said no but said they might know someone. The asked my neighbor to call me and she did. I didn't get back to her until today which was a week from the time she called me. I did go look at the chinchilla and of course fell in love with him. His name is Boo and he looks alot like Chynnie Lo. The owner is older and she is moving to a place where she can't have him. I of course took the photos I had of my little ones and the lady said that she will be contacting me at the beginning of next week to get him. I can't believe it myself. I couldn't say no. He is an older guy and I would hate for him to go to the Pet shelter. They are pretty clean and easy to take care of. As soon as I get him I will take a picture of him and post it. He is quite active and cute. I guess breeding Chi Chi and Chynnie Lo will have to be put on hold.

Darn Chi Chi why did he have to be so cute. ;)

Well I am off for the night. I am so beat today. I of course was sick for the 3rd time this year and today was playing catch up from being sick. Next week my husband is on vacation so I probably won't get much done next week either. Hope everyone has a nice weekend. It will be a hot one for us tomorrow.
